Several years in the making, the project has recently secured initial development financing and has secured a collaborative agreement with Emergent Entertainment, Mark Kratter and Robert Katz, to rewrite an original story co-created by Salyer and John Quigley.
Mark Kratter, screenwriter and Executive Producer along with his producing partner, Robert Katz, have an exceptional 30-year track record in the entertainment industry. Their credits include many Oscar-winning films (such as CRASH, The ILLUSIONIST and SEABISCUIT), while generating over $850M+ at the Box Office. They currently run a $275M film fund, which will consider potential, partial production budget financing at a later stage.
The Film’s Producers have been meeting with major Hollywood talent over the past year and are close to making several announcements. Filming is set to begin in late summer 2019.
